A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. You will be charged a deposit of 50% of the reservation cost at booking, which will be placed on the card provided or on file at the time of booking. Upon departure, the card on file will be used to pay the balance, unless paying with cash or check, a 3% convenience fee will be assessed for card purchases.
**If you fail to show for your reservation, cancel your reservation less than 30 days prior to arrival and we are unable to re-rent the cabin or any damage is done to the cabins or property the card on file will be charged accordingly.**
Check-in time is 4:00pm (anytime after)
Early check-in 12:00pm (additional fees apply when available)
Check-out time is 10:00am
Late checkout 12:00pm (additional fees apply when available)
Kids under 2 stay FREE!
Excessive wear and tear on the premises will result in additional charges.
You are able to cancel your reservation 30 days prior to of your arrival date. Within the 30 day window you are responsible for your entire reservation unless we are able to re-rent the cabin for you. We will try in every way to help out by getting that cabin re-rented, but at times are not able to do so. In that event you will be charged for your entire scheduled stay.
Pets ARE allowed (additional charge, maximum 2) in our cabins but must not be left unattended. We require that pets be kept on a leash and that you clean up after your pet. Pet owners are responsible for any damages or accidents caused by their pet(s). Any loss, damage or extensive cleaning incurred will be charged to you.
All Holiday reservations require a 2 night minimum stay.
Also a couple hunting openers require a 2 night minimum stay.
